With almost 30 years' experience in the hospitality industry across Australia, Asia and the Middle East in various senior management roles, Dr. Maadad has launched and operated some of the world's best hotels, resorts, spas and lifestyle food & beverage concepts.
Based in the Middle East for more than twenty years, he is a credible and respected voice of authority for the industry, and sits on the boards of various hospitality businesses including The Middle East Food Forum, UAE Restaurants Group, Almont Global and the Australian Business Council.
