A quintessential 1970 Parisian bistro overlooking the waters of Dubai Marina, serving a repertoire of classic “Terroir” French home-style food with a rustic French décor and a garden vibe terrace. Guests can choose from all well-curated wine list, a raw seafood bar and freshly baked bread and pastries all served in a laid-back casual style environement.

Publique fuses a vibrant bar and restaurant together for guests to explore an authentic and unprecedented alpine experience in Souk Madinat, located in the heart of Dubai. Every detail of the interior evokes the warm and rustic splendour of a mountain lodge, from traditional wooden bar, eye catching Gondola DJ booth to chalet style terrace, the ultimate sun trap providing pristine views onto the Gulf.

Central to the story was the wish to create a relaxed, convivial and fuss-free ambiance for guests to linger.

RedFarm brings a greenmarket sensibility to modern and inventive Chinese food and super-charged dim sum from Chinese food expert Ed Shoenfeld and dim sum master chef Joe Ng. The menu takes a clean, fresh approach to Chinese food.

Signature items include clever dim sum creations for which Ng is known and small plates: Pac Man Dumplings, Soup Dumplings, Vegetable Spring Rolls in the shape of a flower and the famous Pastrami Egg Roll.

Ultra Brasserie launched in June 2013 in Emaar Square Downtown offering organic, fresh, locally sourced “farm-to-table” produce catering to the affluent business community of Emaar Square and it’s neighbourhood. Ultra Marina Plaza opened its doors in December 2014 located at the scenic Dubai Marina.

TRE by Roberto Rella, at the Radisson Royal hotel in Dubai, offers Italian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, including fresh seafood, shellfish and tapas.

TRE, meaning three in Italian, will be spread across three floors, with the main dining area on 49th floor, a lounge on 50th and a bar on 51st floor.

Tub of Butter

Located just off Sheikh Zayed Road and close to the Al Thanya Street roundabout and Habtoor Villas, Tub of Butter provides diners with contemporary chic designs that are both warm and comforting.
