Six Senses Zighy Bay

Nestled by a secluded fishing village, between a stretch of stunning Omani coastline and a spectacular mountain range, Six Senses Zighy Bay is the ultimate remote hideaway. 82 traditional villa style accommodations, including a Private Reserve and two Retreats, combine indigenous Omani architecture and design with luxurious modern amenities including wireless internet, DVD, satellite TV and coffee makers in each room. All of the villas feature private pools and a butler service, designed to create a unique experience for Six Senses guests at Zighy Bay. Located just a little less than two hours by road from Dubai.


The Black Lion

Conveniently located in The H Hotel (Sheikh Zayed Road) entrance lobby in a relaxed lounge bar setting, this new concept restaurant offers delicious Flemish tapas-sized dishes. For the real taste of Belgium the steamed mussels are not to be missed.

Reform Social & Grill

The city’s first true Gastropub located in The Lakes, Emirates Living District set across 15,000 sq.ft comprising a restaurant, bar and an idyllic garden with first class British food and drink served from 8 am until late every day of the week.



Gates Hospitality, the F&B talent behind The Ultra Brasserie, Reform Social & Grill, The Black Lion, Bistro Des Arts, soon to open Folly and the revered Six Senses Zighy Bay, is excited to unveil a captivating and unexpected restaurant and bar concept in Dubai.

Launching at Dubai’s renowned Madinat Jumeirah this month, Publique is also the second concept from the team behind the critically-acclaimed “Bistro Des Arts”. The vision of long-time friends and colleagues Jonathan and Julien was born out of a desire to offer something different; a destination far removed from the competition which has not existed in this form in Dubai before.


Bistro Des Arts

A quintessential 1970 Parisian bistro overlooking the waters of Dubai Marina, serving a repertoire of classic “Terroir” French home-style food with a rustic French décor and a garden vibe terrace. Guests can choose from of a well-curated wine list, a raw seafood bar and freshly baked bread and pastries all served in a laid back casual style environment. The place to go for a slice of Paris in Dubai.


Folly by Nick and Scott


With a prized location in Madinat Jumeirah and boasting breathtaking views of the myriad Madinat waterways, Burj Al Arab and Arabian Gulf beyond, folly by Nick & Scott is the highly anticipated new opening from restaurateurs Nick Alvis, Scott Price and Viktorija Paplauskiene, in partnership with Gates Hospitality.

Naim Maadad, CEO of Gates Hospitality, said “We feel that as a homegrown concept, folly by Nick & Scott will act as something of a pioneer in the region and will fill a niche in the fast-growing hospitality market. We couldn’t be more excited to launch in February.”

Asia De Cuba

Chic, sophisticated, glamorous, witty and above all, fun, Asia de Cuba combines a high-energy environment with its Chino-Latino menu;  intensely flavored, imaginatively prepared and ultimately celebratory.  Rooted in the Chino-Latino cafes that dotted the streets of Havana, Miami and New York.


Urban Bistro

Urban Bistro is based on a philosophy of sustainable eating in a progressive environment, seeking to create an urban retreat from the daily grind of modern city living. The venue consists of Bistro, Deli, Café and Retail.



Beeftro is a neologism merging from the word Beef and the french word «Bistro». The idea was born of a desire to mix product and a method of American cooking with a retro French decoration of the 1930’s.Excellent quality steak or burger at a great price.


Red Square

A premier dinner, cocktail, and nightlife destination; Red Square allows guests to take a peek behind the “Iron Curtain” with an exquisite menu that takes contemporary American favorites and infuses them with exciting Russian influences. Along with its iconic Frozen Ice Bar and Vodka Vault, Red Square offers an incomparable vodka selection as well as unique and delicious signature cocktails, martinis and vodka infusions.



TRE by Roberto Rella, at the Radisson Royal hotel in Dubai, is set to offer Italian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, including fresh seafood, shellfish and tapas.

TRE, meaning three in Italian, will be spread across three floors, with the main dining area on 49th floor, a lounge on 50th and a bar on 51st floor.


Anar Souk Madinat

Treat your taste buds to the magic of Persia. Taking its name from the Persian word for pomegranate, this “cozy and romantic” spot serves persian food located in the souk of Madinat Jumeirah. The restaurant has outdoor seating by the waters of the lagoon, with views of Burj al-Arab.


Tub of Butter

Tub of Butter is an innovative and inviting concept. The space is inspired by the indoor markets and the idea behind the concept is that the guest can shop for quality retail products but also can have breakfast, lunch and / or dinner in a relax atmosphere.As the expression is saying “landed in a tub of butter”, this concept means that the guest feels lucky and
happy that they have entered the space. The place is basically a hidden secret with a contrast between the clean retail shop front and the energetic creatively designed shop.The idea behind the design is that the guest should feel like they are walking into a food heaven. The large variety of quality products will impress every single guest that walks through the door.
